Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AffiliateOffers (affiliateoffers.online) is an independent directory of affiliate offers, programs and networks, operated by [company name, registered address, company ID] (“we”). For privacy questions write to info@affiliateoffers.online or use the contact form.

2. What we collect and why

• Newsletter and early-access sign-ups — your email address and, if you choose, the verticals or offers you are interested in. Used only to send the emails you asked for (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Forms (contact, Submit a Program/Network, advertising requests, reports of outdated information, program alerts) — the details you enter, used to answer or act on your request (legitimate interest or steps before a contract).
• Member account — name, email, saved offers, alerts and preferences, used to provide the account features (contract).
• Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.
• Ad statistics — impressions and clicks on banners are counted in aggregate, without identifying you.

3. Browser storage and cookies

We use your browser’s local storage for features you use: saved offers, compare list, preferences and sign-in state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure page visits — IP addresses are anonymised and analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Third parties

• Affiliate networks and programs — when you click “Join” or “Apply”, you leave our site. Some links contain our referral code; the network’s own privacy policy applies there.
• Nifty Stats — if you continue to Nifty Stats, only public program/offer identifiers are passed in the link.
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery and Google (Analytics, Fonts) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe; form messages as long as needed to handle the request and for up to [24] months afterwards; account data until you delete the account; server logs for up to [30] days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

7. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top.
