Ultimate Mind Partners (Music & Coaching)

Ultimate Mind website

CPS, calculated on eligible money actually received after discounts and refunds, excluding sales tax and agreed pass-through costs: 30% on eligible direct music downloads (currently the full downloads of Calm Focus and Return to Stillness; passes, upgrades and streaming excluded), 15% on approved custom music projects, 10% on eligible coaching engagements. Music downloads: 90-day cookie (visitor must allow referral tracking), last eligible affiliate link wins; public discount codes do not change attribution. Coaching and custom music: register a permission-based introduction in your account; once Prem approves it, the client has 180 days to sign a contract and your referral stays attached to that contract's eligible payments; renewals or new projects need a new approved introduction. Payouts: downloads 30 days after the end of the month the customer paid; services prorated per completed and paid segment, 30 calendar days after segment completion and never before collection (deposits do not release commission for unfinished work; refunds, disputes and guarantees put amounts on hold). Minimum payout CAD 25 per program (Music and Coaching are approved and paid separately), balances carry forward. Payment by Interac e-transfer where available or another method agreed individually. No self-purchase commission, no recruiting rewards. Not allowed: unsolicited mass messages, healing guarantees or earnings promises, implied endorsements; disclose the affiliate relationship next to each recommendation. Free to apply; applications reviewed individually.
