What is Recurring commission?

If you refer someone to a $30-per-month tool with a 30% recurring commission, you earn $9 each month for as long as that customer keeps paying. Programs that pay for the customer’s whole life call it a lifetime commission; others limit it to the first 12 or 24 months.

Recurring programs are common in SaaS, hosting, VPN, email marketing tools, adult memberships and dating. Each renewal is a rebill, and the model is a form of RevShare.

Income grows slowly at first but stacks month after month, which makes it a good fit for content sites, newsletters and tutorials that keep sending new customers. Check how long the commission lasts, what happens on upgrades and refunds, and whether it stops if your own account becomes inactive.
