Reward sites, offerwalls and loyalty apps generate this kind of traffic. Volume is high, but the users are motivated by the reward, not the product.
Only offers marked as accepting incentivized traffic will pay for it. Sending it anywhere else is a common reason for rejected leads and closed accounts.
